To this end, a former company building in the shadow of the Ghelamco Arena was converted into a real construction workshop with showroom, offices and warehouses.

For this, a former industrial building in the shadow of the Ghelamco arena was converted into a full-fledged construction shop with showroom, offices and warehouses. An installation was erected in the car park for mixing and filling stabilisé.
Industrium did the studies for the HVAC, sanitary and electrical installations while respecting the architecture of the existing buildings. Use was made of a reversible heat pump for heating and cooling, and PV panels were placed on the structure of the blending plant to generate electricity for the existing installations.
