Friday 18/11/2016 saw the official opening of Libert Paints nv's new branch at Langerbruggekaai in North Sea Port Ghent. The fourth generation family business Libert Paints has been acquired by DL Chemicals Waregem in August 2019.

NEW FACTORY BUILDINGS AND OFFICES

The brand new buildings with production, storage and offices cover approximately 18,000 m² on a 23 400 m² plot. INDUSTRIUM was there from the very beginning as an engineering firm to design the necessary energy technologies, such as utilities, HVAC, sprinkler, electricity, LED lighting compressed air, ...

In order to comply with the increasingly stringent EPB requirements for offices, strict attention was paid to energy efficiency during the design, and in addition 250 kWp of solar panels were installed.
