INGENIUM GROUP NOW HAS THREE CERTIFIED BREEAM APS IN HOUSE
The BREEAM AP is there to provide the project client and its design team with as much expert, specialized knowledge as is necessary to increase the sustainability of their building. This advice focuses on the sustainability of the built environment, environmental design and environmental assessment.
The APs then work with the design team to plan steps, to set priorities and to negotiate any compromises needed in order to achieve the intended high BREEAM score.
Essentially, they are there to make your product as perfect as possible for a strong BREEAM score.
